Clean and sanitary, complete facilities, good bathroom facilities, family-style kitchen, very spacious rooms, opposite a relatively large supermarket.

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

No complaints.
There was a wide variety of food, so I never got bored even after staying for 10 days or more. The gym was well equipped and the friendly trainers were fun to work with. There was a large shopping mall next door, so shopping was not an issue.

Amazing place, room very comfortable, steam room very good , staff very kindly, nice Gym, i think they just need to put some ice cream at the room service during the late hour, i couldnt eat Because they only had burgers and sandwich and i was looking for a salad and a desert, but apart of that was very good

I arrived yesterday and the whole experience so far has been amazing from checking in, to the quality of the room and the friendliness of all the staff. It feels like being in your own home. I would definitely recommend others to stay at this place. If I ever returned to Zambia, I would stay here again.

Wow - the best hotel I have been to in Africa. The attention to detail is impeccable. The staff are out of this world - they really make sure that you have a unique experience with a personal touch. The staff make the stay a 6 star experience.
